Since 1967
Founded March 20, 1967 as local fraternity Lambda Phi Epsilon, soon thereafter becoming the Lambda Phi Epsilon chapter of national fraternity Tau Epsilon Phi. They purchased the Sisson Mansion at 209 Sissonville Road in May 1968.
